Banana Bread Quinoa
I usually eat quinoa for dinner but I LOVE this breakfast recipe!
Healthy & delicious meal done in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry quinoa
1/2 cup water
1 banana
handful of walnuts or pecans
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions:
Combine quinoa and water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 9 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Top with 1 sliced banana, pecans/walnuts, and pure maple syrup.
