Do you ever have chocolate cravings?
Ahhh.... Shakeology to the rescue! I decided to try out a new recipe and it was a success.
Snickers Shakeology Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
3 ice cubes
1 tbsp slivered almonds (plus a few for topping)
1 tsp caramel extract
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a cup. Top with leftover slivered almonds. Drink and enjoy every sip!
I occasionally indulge and enjoy a candy bar... but I love making healthier recipes to curb those cravings for unhealthy foods. Reese's and Snickers are my chocolate weaknesses! What is your favorite kind of candy bar?

Is this 1 red and 1\2 yellow?
ReplyDeleteAccording to the 21 day fix book, 1 scoop of Shakeology = 1 red and 12 almonds = 1 blue. I used 1 tbsp of slivered almonds in this recipe, so it wouldn't even be an entire blue container. I saw a video in which Autumn explained she would allow 1 cup of almond milk in shakes daily and not count it as a container. Hope that helps!
