Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
Ingredients: (for 1 serving)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and store in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy the next day after it has chilled.
This recipe is as delicious as it is healthy! Pumpkin puree and spices add flavor without adding fat.
