Trust me, these are amazing!!! So chocolate-y and delicious!
A healthier alternative for when you want a special chocolate treat.
Chick Pea Cookies
1 can of chick peas
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup agave
3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed. Batter will be sticky. Spoon onto a non-stick baking pan. Push down to make cookie-shaped circles because they will not rise much. I saved a few chocolate chips to put on top.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins.
They are soooo good dunked in vanilla almond coconut milk! Mmmmmm!!! They are probably still over 100 calories per cookie, so don't overindulge. It's just a treat, not a treatment. But heathy-ish! Hope you enjoy!!
